Kirk trained as an actor at York University in its Theatre Performance program.
Most recently, Kirk was seen in Voices of Peace, Dreams of Home, at St. Andrew’s Church in Toronto, alongside CBC Radio Personalities Foreign correspondent Brian Stewart and classical music expert Rick Phillips. The previous year, he also appeared in Voices of War, Dreams of Peace with the same team.
